Loss resolution experience has been developed through catastrophic events including windstorm, hurricane, hail, and flood losses to commercial and residential structures. In addition, extensive professional focus has been applied to non-catastrophic events such as large loss fire and water damage assessments. Mr. Hill has also developed skills in detecting moisture in buildings, especially in commercial roofing and building envelopes, as well as utilizing thermographic imagery. Focus on predictive building electrical and mechanical maintenance is also a priority when assisting clients with their business needs.
